- A detailed contract and floor plan will be provided to the customer for review.
- Customers are responsible for carefully checking the floor plan and contract, ensuring that all specifications, designs, and details are accurate.
- Any changes or additions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. The written document should clearly state the revised specifications and associated costs.
- Verbal agreements will not be considered binding, and we are not responsible for any oral agreements not documented in writing.
Measurements
- All measurements provided are approximate, and variations may occur during the manufacturing process.
- Customers are advised to consider the approximate nature of measurements and plan accordingly.
Exclusions
- Salko Kitchens does not provide appliances, plumbing, electrical work, or sinks unless explicitly specified in the contract.
- Any additional services or products not included in the contract must be agreed upon in writing, with associated costs clearly outlined.
Contract Signing and Submission
- Once the customer agrees to the terms and specifications and signs the contract, it is considered binding.
- The signed contract will be submitted to our factory for production.
Delivery and Installation
- Upon completion, the manufactured kitchen cabinets will be delivered to the agreed-upon location.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is ready and complies with the specifications outlined in the contract.
- Our team will proceed with the installation process in accordance with the finalized specifications.
Liability
- We are not liable for any discrepancies arising from the customer's failure to carefully review the contract, floor plan, or any subsequent changes.
